This course provides advanced instruction in manufacturing and introduces computer-assisted drafting/manufacturing and numerical control processes. Topics include safety, environmental protection, quality control, metallurgy, materials, layout, assembly, sawing, turning, milling, grinding, computer numerical control, computer-aided manufacturing, welding, and maintenance. English language arts and mathematics are reinforced.
